“Notable martial arts instructor Calvin Chin will be leading the expo’s first ever martial arts workshop,” said Upendra Mishra, producer of the Health, Fitness & Wellness Expo 2017. “The title of his workshop is: An Introduction to Tai Chi Paradigm. It will introduce participants and attendees to Calvin Chin’s signature Tai Chi program that teaches how to prevent age-related degeneration in the body.”

A modern approach to an antiquated way, Tai Chi Paradigm’s training is designed to prevent age related degeneration and focuses on the goal of maintaining a quality of life through proper integrative movement conditioning, much of which is based on traditional martial arts theories.

The workshop will include a talk, group participation and question-and-answer sessions. Chin will cover a number of relevant and important topics in health at any age, including mindfulness of movement, how to adapt exercise routines for any age, and how to unify the body through integrative movement.
