Amy Lynn David is a Strategic Business Consultant and Social Entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience as an innovative business leader, a Woman Business Owner and change-agent in Turnarounds and Startups in both Commercial Real Estate and Healthcare in for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Currently, Ms. David is a Business Owner and Property Owner with over 10 Years of experience owning and operating a mixed-use Commercial and Residential Real Estate property in New York City and Boston combining both her business and strategy expertise in Real Estate and Healthcare.

As Property Co-owner of HAMB REALTY, LLC, Ms. David also serves as Chief of Operations responsible for all Strategic Business Planning, Business Operations, Property Management, Lease Negotiations, Project Management, Tenant Relations, Real Estate Contract Negotiations, and Engineering Assessments.

She oversees and collaborates with Property Management Companies, Property Managers, Vendor Contractors, Accountants, Real Estate Transaction Attorneys, Investment and Commercial Real Estate Brokers, Commercial Litigation and Tenant Landlord Attorneys, Engineers, and Due Diligence and Market Research Consultants. She is highly adept at Strategic Business Planning, Communications and solving immediate business problems for small to mid-size Real Estate businesses.

Ms. David was a Strategic Business Consultant and Healthcare Advocate specializing in coordination of care and management; and in the facilitation of communications between patient & providers.
