After a long, successful career in high technology marketing and sales, I decided to start a new career following a passion I've had since high school. I took courses from some of the leading photographers in the industry to enhance my skills in areas such as lighting, posing, and facial expression coaching, and continue to learn by belonging to one of the leading groups of headshot photographers in the world, and achieved the rank of Associate Headshot Photographer (there are only 150 of us in the world). We critique each other's work on a regular basis, share challenges, experience, learning etc.. 
 

 Jonathan Cavanagh’s career has primarily focused on servicing high end residential projects and clients throughout the Boston Suburbs. Jonathan began his post collegiate training with Marcus Gleysteen, working on several large-scale projects in and around Weston, MA. Jonathan then joined Christopher Hall Architects, Inc. working out of Wellesley, and then Boston, for over 10 years. Jonathan was a partner at Christopher Hall Architects, Inc. beginning in 2016. Jonathan is now the owner of CACH Architecture in Wellesley MA. 

    Jonathan has extensive experience working on large residences in towns around Boston. He is intimately familiar with large house planning requirements for Wellesley and Weston. He also has a broad network of general contractors and consultants who service this market.

My area of expertise is helping people achieve a monthly mortgage payment that meets their budget.  Although, Salem Five has a mortgage that meets most everyone's needs from Mass Housing - First Time Homebuyer, FHA, Conforming, Jumbo, Super Jumbo, and I/O, my niche is in Construction Loans.  New Construction or a Remodel, with the Salem Five Construction Dept. by my side, we can help people achieve their New Home Construction dream.  Please contact me with any questions at 617-640-3490.
