Client Services Representative

We seek a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative. ACCC is a proud winner of the 2021 & 2022 BBB awards. As a member of our award-winning company, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are completely satisfied and successful with our services.
 
The position is HYBRID - Training is onsite, and then there is a Work From Home option. You will be called into the office occasionally for training and Employee Engagements.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and handle all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Answers incoming ACCC’s calls from clients and/or creditors relating to ACCC’s services, including inquiries for debt management and financial education information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
• Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have
• Proactively suggest resolutions to help them
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
• Process payments
• Work with Clients and Creditors to negotiate the best proposals
• Meet or exceed established sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Ability to work well in a team environment
