Join us for a program exploring commercial real estate and employment trends in Newton-Needham and the surrounding region presented by three experts from the global real estate firm JLL.
We’ll begin with a real estate market overview presentation by JLL Managing Director Alex Dauria and Senior VP Brendan Cohn covering current commercial real estate market conditions, historical rents and prospects for new construction in the N-Squared Innovation District and along I-95. The much-publicized migration of companies to downtown Boston and what that means for the inner suburban real estate market will also be discussed.
Director of Research for JLL New England, Julia Georgules will discuss Greater Boston employee analytics in depth. Additionally, she will cover using real estate and the workplace as a weapon in the battle for talent, employee attraction and retention. She will dive into the future of work and the human experience, and its impact on the future of commercial real estate. A recent transplant from San Francisco and Silicon Valley, Julia brings perspective from first-hand experience with notable high-tech firms from the Bay Area.
