Description
Living with or caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or other dementia can be difficult, especially on the relationships in your life. This workshop will show a brief documentary about a couple living with Alzheimer’s, followed by a panel discussion that will address signs and symptoms, strategies for living with dementia, strategies for caregivers, and resources where you can turn for help. The session will end with a guided meditation and instructions for at-home meditation, an excellent stress relieving tool for caregivers. This workshop is free of charge and open to the public.
