“What can’t I ask?” “What can I ask?” “What should I ask?” “Are our hiring procedures and paperwork effective and legally compliant?” Employment lawyers Nancy Perlman and Liz Adler of Beacon Law Group will answer these and other related questions in this informational session. Topics will include interviewing, onboarding documentation and procedures, and recent laws impacting the hiring process (such as Equal Pay Act updates and the Massachusetts Non-Compete Agreement Act).
