Massachusetts is emerging as the center of the Biotech industry with life sciences companies starting and growing here at a rapid rate. But as Kendall Square’s vacancy rate hovers around one percent and even a single bench costing $4600 a month, how can Boston’s inner suburbs offer something enticing as well?
